Medicaid for pregnant woman?

Hey so would I qualify for Medicaid while pregnant? I do not have any children, but am 5 weeks pregnant. If not, do y’all know any insurance companies that aren’t very expensive for pregnant woman?

It depends on how much you make a year, if you’re single or married etc etc. 
I think a single female who is pregnant had a cut off at 35,000 a year salary . 
But call your job and family services and apply. It’s free. They’ll give you all the info you need!

It all depends on the state I’m in Minnesota and the cut off is 46k for family of 2. Pregnant women count as 2.

My state if you’re single you can’t have made more then $18,000 a year

I don’t work and husband does. We both get it free and so does our kid. Definitely try and also get foodstamps and WIC if you don’t make enough money. Wic will pay for baby’s food !
