Back labor?

I’m pretty sure it’s just Braxton Hicks but omg my back is killing me. I had back labor with my first and it sucked n I also didn’t realize until last minute that I was in labor. It’s been going on for the last hour. Not strong enough to consider going to the hospital plus I have an appointment at 9:30am. I just can’t get comfortable n I feel really weird. As much as I want this to be it I’m starting to freak out. It’s also snowing so maybe that’s part of what’s freaking me out. But if it is just Braxton Hicks n not the real thing what can I do to lighten the pain in my back??
