Driving anxiety??

Today I was driving on the highway with my daughter, and I experienced severe anxiety. I always get anxiety driving in town, but it usually ho a away. Today I drove on the highway and interstate with my daughter.. her dad usually drives. I started sweating like crazy, and kept thinking I had a flat tire, I was going to wreck, someone would hit us. I just can’t drive outside of town with our daughter. I use to be able to drive for hours on the it interstate. Not now...
