Sharp shooting pains?

Hey ladies, before you ask/assume... NO, I am not pregnant! I just got my period this morning and only have had it for about an hour now. For some reason, this period is worse than my other ones. Typically I do have bad periods, but this one has me a little worried, so pls comment! 😰

Basically what’s happening is that my back and cramps hurt super bad and I just had drop after drop of thick “oozy-like” blood. (So much in the toilet after!).. now I’m currently in bed because my back and cramps hurt so bad, but I’m getting these sharp shooting pains up my vag!? /cervix

It’s almost like whenever I move! It hurts and I don’t know why this is happening. I’ve had shooting pains up there before. Sometimes not even on my period. But now it keeps happening and all I’m trying to do is go back to sleep! 😩😩 SOS
