Ava fertility tracker?

I just purchased my own Ava fertility tracker and was wondering if anyone has any positive/ negative reviews or better, has any one here conceive as a result of it?! 
We’ve been TTC for almost two years & have had two miscarriages in the past 9 months. Hoping this helps x

We tried for five months on our own, then I got Ava and conceived the first month trying it. It told me to have sex sooner than I’d thought. I miscarries that pregnancy and stopped using it, moving to paper charting instead and got pregnant and miscarried twice more in quick succession. Each time I got pregnant I did have sex closer to when Ava thought I should (my paper charts and Ava agreed). Now I’m finally 35 weeks with pregnancy #4. I feel like Ava was one tool that helped me on this journey.

It didn’t work for me. It actually broke and they sent me a second, which also broke. They eventually gave me my money back. I found the opks to be spot on.

I use mine every night to track my bbt, but as far as tracking my ovulation it’s never correct. I still use OPKs and confirm ovulation with Ava after my temperature spikes (which is always 2-3 days after my first positive OPK). Ava, however, always predicts my ovulation about a week late. I’ve been using Ava for over a year now with no luck.
