Need help !?!!

Question

Why when I cry out of anger I hurt myself  ?? 
Like why am I going crazy !! Or stupid idk 
I wish I can said I am happy ... I been going thru a lot of issueswith my bf / family I am 18 years old but live the life of a prisoner with toxic mom and step dad with no support what so ever

18 is a beautiful age. You have so many oppourtinities in front of you, you just have to start opening doors and closing the ones that serve you no purpose. You understand the issues that lie infront of you, only you can break out of them and set yourself free. Here's my suggestion: take a walk alone and see where you are in your life right now. If it makes you unhappy - you've now established you want change for the better. Now see where you want to be in the next 5 to 10 years. If you want happiness, success and meaningful relationships in the future - finish school, work your ass off - build yourself .. like BUILD BUILD BUILD! and never stop living for yourself. Focus on what you want and what makes you happy and cut loose of everything and anyone that gets in the way of that.
