Just a vent

My husband and his older sister are pretty close. She has 4 kids and she's very anti-vax. I really enjoy her company and I like her kids, but I'm having a baby myself. I'm very pro-vax. I've done research and will talk to my doctor about when it'd be safe for my baby to be around her children. I'm just frustrated because I know I'm going to have to have this conversation with my sister in law and I'm going to portrayed as the bad guy. Regardless, I'm going to choose my baby's safety over being polite, but I hate that I'm in this position. It's not only the vaccine thing, but my sister in law also lives a house that has the occasional mouse problem, they leave raw meat out on counters, her youngest doesn't know how/ just won't wash his hands after using the bathroom, and her teen boys rarely shower. So not only are they unvaccinated, but they're living an unhygienic lifestyle. This post isn't to debate vaccines. I feel how I feel and I understand people have different views, so please be respectful of mine. I just needed to vent a little.
