Could really use some advice...

My bf and I have been together for a little while now and we love each other and are happy with each other. Everything is going good. But is it wrong of me to feel upset/uneasy/saddened by the fact that in his past relationships he produced at least 2 pregnancies (one was a miscarriage, the other was aborted & I have no idea who the girls were nor their relationship with him). I just can’t help but feel like if he and I were to get married and if&when I become pregnant it will be less special for him (and maybe for me too). Because he’s already been there; a girl already came to him with a positive pregnancy test, he went to the ultrasound, he already pictured himself as a dad...

I feel like when it happens with me he might be like “been there, done that”. And I don’t want him to tell me facts or whatever about pregnancy because it’ll just remind me that I’m (at best) the third girl he knocked up.

And it’s not just the pregnancy, he’s dated girls with legit newborns. So he did the 4am feedings, the diaper changes, he already knows what breast milk tastes like...

I just feel like pregnancy and parenting is a first time thing that 2 people are supposed to go through together, and I feel like because he’s already done it that it won’t mean as much to him. Or if he says “well when this happened with so-and-so, this is what we did”, I know I will feel really bad about myself because I will just be yet another girl he got pregnant/with a baby.

Sometimes I think I’m silly for feeling this way but this is just how I feel. Idk if it’s something I would wanna even bring up to him rn cuz we’re just dating. But whenever I think about if we do work out and get married, that this might be an issue. And it’s an issue I really don’t wanna have.
