Fear and anxiety at the hospital

A few days ago I mentioned going to urgent care and the dr saying “you could have kidney stones.” If the pain persists, go to the ER or pcp. I don’t have a pcp right now. So I finally decided to come in and get it checked through a scan hopefully. But I am terrified right now. The last times I felt like this was last year bringing my oldest in because he was in so much pain. He had appendicitis. And when I was pregnant with my second. I had an abnormal pap and there were precancerous cells. I had to have a LEEP surgery done a few months after I had my second son. So those appointments to check on my cervix were always terrifying. I’m shaking so much 😭 but it’s better to know what’s going on rather than guess.
