I’m at a loss for words

I have a small external hemorrhoid right now that I am in the process of healing so my ass doesn’t look like I have a bubble on it. It hasn’t been a serious issues, no pain or itching, no extreme colors like dark blues or reds, just skin like and rubbery. I have a FWB and I would like to hook up after we finish this semester and go on break. How should I tell him I have a hemorrhoid right now but want to have sex, with out making him grossed out? This is my first one and my first FWB so I am at a loss for words right now.
