ovulation?

how do you know when you’re about to ovulate or if you have with pcos? the opks don’t work for me because my lh is naturally super high!! i don’t get much cm either and my life is so hectic that i always forget to temp..... help!

My LH is actually low, so I never get a positive result for OPKs. 
However, when I do ovulate I have glaringly obvious physical symptoms. Which has happened once in 1 year.

I always get super high results but always one that stands out a bit more and I do my bbt alongside side and it confirms if I have or not . I’ve got it very severe but I’ve found easy@home opks and their Bluetooth bbt amazing in helping me know my body x
