Daughter just wearing diaper no clothes around house

Am I wrong for letting my daughter run around our house in just her diaper? Mind you I live in Illinois and it winter here, we have our house heated not like we keep a window open to have cold air come in. But I’m getting talked to by my M.I.L that my daughter needs clothes on and whatever I’m wearing she needs to wear (layer wise) just wearing her diaper is what My daughter is comfortable in. Idk what to do, I just feel hurt and bullied cuz it my child.
