Post office is pissing me off

This is the 2nd time the post office has refused to deliver my mail because they couldn’t find my address! I live in an apartment complex. My union just called and said my papers were returned back to them because the post office can’t find my address , so I asked her to repeat it, and it’s ALL THE RIGHT INFORMATION!!!! The last time this happened, I needed a package delivered. Turns out the label was cut off and they refused to deliver my mail because of it. God forbid they actually do their job and try!
