SSRI and breastfeeding
Hi mommas, just needing some reassurance. My OB recently prescribed me a (super low dose) SSRI for postpartum anxiety/insomnia. He said it's safe for breastfeeding but I feel sooo guilty taking it. I know it's better for my LO to have a happy/healthy mom. I guess I'm just looking for some community--other people who have taken one while EBF and your LO is fine?
