UTI??

Help!!

The weekend before thanksgiving I developed a UTI and took antibiotics but it turned out to be antibiotic resistant, so the next week I went on stronger antibiotics and it was resolved. But this week, I again have the sensation of needing to pee again. I’ve been very self conscious of if I’m peeing too frequently or drinking too much water and have just generally been nervous but this week it feels like it’s a lot. I haven’t had sex in well over a month. I can’t tell if I actually have a UTI again or if I am just extremely anxious! The sensation goes away while I am busy or not sober. Could it be a UTI or anxiety?? Should I go get tested to see if I have a UTI again?? Could it be an STI?
