I think My 16month old Dislikes me

I love my baby he’s the only child to me and his father... Were a older couple who tried for years and didn’t think we ever be successful. The day I found out was one of the happiest days of my life.

When my son is happy he’s the sweetest boy however when he gets mad he likes to hurt mommy... He hits, kicks, slaps, even head butts me

I always ask him why do you wanna hurt mommy

Mommy is sorry for whatever I did to make you wanna hurt me

My husband is in the army so he’s never home to help...My husband has never seen our son.. 4 months into my pregnancy he was shipped off...honestly I don’t even know if I still have a husband not by death but by infidelity but that’s another story

So today I was holding my son watching one of his favorite shows on tv and out of nowhere he head butts me so hard I bit my lip and it hurt so bad but I didn’t react to the pain or suddenness of him doing that I just rubbed his back and told him if you wanna get down just tell mommy you don’t have to hurt me...

I don’t know why my son hurts me every time he gets upset sometimes it’s because I tell him no and sometimes it’s random

I feel like I’m losing the battle here

I have so much animosity towards my husband for cheating while I was pregnant and getting another girl pregnant but she had a miscarriage “I’m not happy about by the way it’s not the baby fault or her fault I’m mad at him”

His sister told me he’s been home for 9 months staying with his girlfriend... so someone tell me why hasn’t he stopped by or called like I really need his help... I can’t handle my son he’s very wild and mean. He destroys the house, screams on top of his lungs just to get his way and the list goes on. I feel like I’m a mother 24/7 I love being a mom but I should have to give up being me to do it... I’m not a wild girl just would like at least 20 minutes of me time.
