Should I say something?

I have a friend that comes over pretty often. I’d say at least 5 days a week. I have started to notice toilet paper in the trash can everytime she would come over. The other day I saw a shitty piece of toilet paper just right next to the trash can. 🤢 and now I notice pretty often that there is a shitty piece of toilet paper just on top of the garbage in the bathroom. I never thought to look because I flush my toilet paper down you know the toilet. 🤷‍♀️ doesn’t wrap her pads either just idk maybe I’m weird or something.
