Eczema?

Hi ladies, my daughter has been having break outs all over her body.. just wondering what you all think it is?

I did take her to the hospital about two weeks ago due to a break out she had on her face that caused her whole face & eyes to become swollen.. They called it Cradle Cap infection, because some dry skin got in her eye causing her eyes & face to swell.. they prescribed her some Hydrocortisone cream that I put on her face & head twice a day as instructed to do.. but, today I’ve noticed that she has these little breakouts in parts of her body. I was thinking it may be eczema, but wanted to know what everyone else thought? Most of the spots are patchy & dry.
