How do y’all feel about posting pics on this app?

I really want too, but I’ve been embedded with the evils of the internet. Because you never really know who lurks on these apps/mom groups. But I really want to post pics but my husband has scared me with all these shenanigans.

I post pictures but nothing that reveals my location and nothing that is deemed to much I.e the tmi photos some post of their babies where you can see their privates, i personally wouldn’t do incase of a predator and also because I wouldnt post a picture like that of myself so why would I want my child to have it posted without his consent, but I’m happy to post all the cute pictures with all his milestones etc

Like yours, my husband is pretty educated on how easy it is to grab your location and personal info from pictures. You can’t regulate who views the pictures because it’s an open forum. It’s just not worth it.

It doesn’t really bother me.  It’s not like I’m posting anything like him in the tub and things like that so I try not to think about the possibility of weirdos.

Just a couple here and there but we rarely post photos of our son on any social media. We use a private app, Tiny Beans, to share photos with relatives.
