Not taking fluids!

Hi All

I would love some advice.

LO just isn’t interested in fluids at all. He hqs gone off his milk and has never liked water/juice so hardly has any of that with food.

He has had a stuffy nose and cold the past few weeks so thought it might be that but it’s not, I’m just worried he isn’t getting enough fluids which he needs especially if he is poorly.

He usually has 3 8oz bottles a day and 3 meals but today he has only drank max 11oz! What can I do to ensure he gets enough fluids? Any tips?
