Creme Anglaise
We went out for a Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> brunch and I ordered creme anglaise french toast. I looked up the ingredients after the fact and it has raw egg that’s cooked over low heat. I know we aren’t suppose have raw eggs so is this dangerous? I can’t imagine low heat kills off all the bacteria 😩
