Sick husband, pregnant wife

Me and my husband are both sick in bed. I am sick due to some extreme morning sickness this morning. Threw up 3 times just in the middle of the night. And my husband is sick due to a really bad case of the flu. His fever is 102.02, he threw up once, shakes, congested, aches, sore throat. My poor baby. I am getting him taken care of but worried about me getting it too being 2 months pregnant and already really sick from morning sickness.

What can I take to help avoid it?
