Yellowish\slightest green tinge discharge. No smell or itch

So I get this off and on a lot, recently had a swab and urine test done for gonorrhea which came back negative as I was scared after giving oral to my now ex that I might have got something (a virgin so not preg and all).

Some days its more cloudy and yellowish, i do find when I havent drunk a lot of water it looks like this.

Again no itch, theres a slight musky smell but i thinj its normal.

Thoughts?
