Is this creepy?

So...I’m newly into the dating seen again after a three year serious relationship. This new guy I’ve been seeing for about a month now is very nice and has a pretty good personality I can vibe with. I’m really not looking for anything serious nor am I ready. He is the “spoil” type of guy. And he has expressed that he really likes me. So now get this...he got me really good tickets to see Tory Lanez as like a gift for the holidays AND he insist on hooking me up with this tattoo that I’ve been wanting ( basically half a sleeve, which = moneyyy). So he has this dope artist he hooked me up with and is paying for that tattoo and everything. I think this guy is moving crazy fast and idk if this is sketchy or if I’m just paranoid. Like I said, I’m newly single so I’m really just catching a vibe and wanna have a good time, nothing crazy. Idk if I should take advantage of this and just have fun and enjoy being “spoiled” or is this like way too creepy/ sketchy. I’m 23 and he’s a year older.
