Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
I started with just one cup a day at about 30ish weeks. I am now 32 weeks. I have had ZERO Braxton Hicks this pregnancy (this is my second, and I had none with my first as well). Planning to up my intake at 34 weeks and again at 36. I pushed for 3 hours with my first, so I’m just hoping to strengthen and tone my uterus for a shorter pushing period this time around. That was exhausting 😭. Anyone else drinking this? Does it give you contractions? Have you used it with previous pregnancies and noticed a difference?
