Update 2: they sent me home. Due to not progressing with contractions. I went in thinking I was still a 3 and found out I was a 4. One nurse checked me before we got discharged and she said a 5 but the other one said 4..

I would go in. I have been having that problem where I was getting contractions 5 minutes apart for over an hour and then they just stopped so I get why you waited.

My OB said go to the hospital when contractions are 5-10 minutes apart for at least 2 hrs. But do what you think is best. Worst case - they just send you home.

I would call in and ask. I’m sure they’ll probably tell you to go ahead and head in but this way they know they’re coming if they do.
In general it’s a 5:1:1 ratio, meaning five minutes apart, lasting for a minute each, and for one hour BUT everyone labors differently and it can’t hurt to check!
