What was ur first sign of autism?

Im just curious for anyone who has an autistic child what were some of the signs? My daughter is only 6 months n i dont think she is but it is something that i think about alot..i know most kids cant be diagnosed until they are about 2 years old but if u do have a child who was diagnosed do u look back at some of the things they did when they were babies? I know this is a sensitive subject but its just something i am genuinely curious about.

I first thought something was wrong when he didn't crawl normal. He dragged his legs. Everyone assured me it was fine but in hindsight I think that was the first symptom of his motor skills being off, which is part of autism. Then when he got older he had awful outbursts, just terrible, over the smallest things. Everything had to be a certain way, lined up, perfect. Or queue meltdown. There's a lot more but I remember those distinctly.

It is a sensitive subject but it’s a genuine question. I had this question too because I was curious. You just never know and it’s nice to know the signs for it to be caught early. My son doesn’t show any signs.. but there is this lady on YouTube that actually will tell you all the early signs that she experienced with her daughter who is autistic. Her name is Lauren Brazee:

My nephew is severly autistic and one of the first signs was he would run into the living room and start banging his head on the sofa. He was 2 when he started doing that and besides that he was developmentally normal.
