How susceptible are infants to the strep virus? I have a 6 week old daughter and was just diagnosed with strep yesterday. I know the virus is in my system 5-7 days before showing symptoms so I’m sure she would have already caught it but I’m so nervous. I also have 2 dogs that lick her constantly and strep is the only thing
a dog can pass to a human. I’m terrified the get my baby girl sick.
