Normal poop for a breastfed baby?

This what her poop looks like all the time. It’s watery and doesn’t have anything solid in it. She does get formula from time to time and that makes her poop green and a little more solid. But she’s always pooping out of her diapers. They come out like a bad fart too.

Yes, i went a size up in diapers so my babies poop doesn’t come exploding out of the diaper

Normal but I agree with the poor diaper fit.  Make sure it’s on properly around the legs.  If the little ruffle part is tucked in at all, it’ll be more likely to explode out there.  I can see a crease in the middle too so it’s not pulled all the way up the front and back which will leave a loose fit around the legs as baby moves.
