Court

My ex and I have a 5 month old baby girl together . After multiple chances and lies I decided to end things for good as he was never really there for us and had/have multiple addictions . He never contributed anything financially or emotionally while I was pregnant or after the birth . I wanted to cut him out of me and my daughters life entirely as he is no example for her . I heard he is now going to start court proceedings .

Im so nervous and I dont know why anyone been through this and how did it end ?
