any ideas?

i went to urgent care for uti symptoms. no burning, just a CONSTANT feeling like i have to pee. like i would pee almost nothing and still feel like i had to go. they gave me antibiotics and they didn’t work. i went back and they did a culture but it came back negative. they put me on another antibiotic cephalexin that still does not work. i hate taking all these pills for nothing and i’m going to the doctor on friday but does anyone know what this might be or had this before? i got tested for chlamydia and gonnerrhea and it’s neither of those. i just want this feeling to go away :(
