Dying hair? Would you do it?

Currently 24 weeks and want to get my hair done...it’s currently a grown out blonde ombré and I want to go to this....

Would you do it?? I mean I went to hair school a while back, I’ve since stopped doing hair. But the hair dresser in me wouldn’t even think twice.  But I mentioned it to a few people and they totally freaked out on me for even considering it....now I’m considering canceling my whole
Appointment. Idk...opinions???

You can do it. Just know that hormones in hair while pregnant can potentially change out come of hair color.

I was dying my hair pink right before I found out.  It was hideous after fading out and I felt so ugly. I ended up waiting until the second tri to dye my hair because no one wants to let you do anything in the first trimester even if it’s low risk like dying your hair. You should be fine especially if a professional is doing it.

Do it!! I have blonde hair and I dye it every 4-6 weeks. Currently 25 weeks. I do dye my hair with henna, but I know several women who have gotten their hair done while pregnant. They had no issues. Funny story though, I dye my hair red, my little boy (who’s now 18 months) came out with red hair, I tell people I dyed my hair too many times while pregnant! Lol. My husband also has blonde hair but has a red beard. So obviously comes from him. ;)

I wouldn’t do it while pregnant, I just chopped mine all off instead...but do what u feel is ok 🤷🏽‍♀️
