Idk what to do?

I just got into a relationship with a guy and it’s going great. What I did not realize is that he takes trips. A lot.

And by trips I mean he either drives somewhere and stays there for weeks or a month to snowboard... frequently. It’s already hard to hangout because I live an hour away and 50 miles away, and he works nights.. I work days.

Should we talk about it? Or should I just be supportive.

By the way he is a nurse

And I also have a kid so that makes things harder sometimes to hangout as well.
