Miscarried in Nov and confused about cycle

We found out at 9 weeks that there was no heartbeat and baby had stopped growing around 6 weeks. My body was not doing anything naturally so I chose to take misoprostol so I could just start moving on in mid-November. It took about 3-4 weeks to actually stop bleeding/spotting and my first period started on December 18th. It was super heavy as I was warned but I was told by the doctor we could start trying again once my period restarted. We went for it and I took ovulation tests and was positive right when the app said I should be ovulating. I am 7 days before my period now and had some heavy spotting at one point in the day yesterday and this evening it looks like my period has started up early. Is this normal? I was hoping yesterday might have been implantation bleeding but it doesn’t seem like it. I am a wreck and so nervous about everything now.
