Lost my Poppyseed

After trying for two years, and 3 rounds of IUI my husband and I found out we were finally expecting. They confirmed my pregnancy through bloodwork on Christmas eve and we were ecstatic to have our miracle baby. New Years eve I had some spotting so I called my RE and she told me it was normal in early pregnancy. Then on Sunday I had heavy bleeding like a period and I knew something was wrong. They did an ultrasound and found no sac so it was considered a 'pregnancy of unknown location'. After follow up bloodwork, my Hcg levels were only at 100 and they determined I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. Poppyseed was only in my life for two weeks but my husband and I have been trying for so long we were so ready to finally become parents. Now we have to take some time to grieve and figure out our next steps.
