Cat acting like on cat nip but no catnip!??

There is a corner in my house (we just moved to) that my cat is obsessed with and she rolls around and acts like she’s on cat nip when in this corner. Is there anything that could be harmful causing this? It makes me nervous because I don’t know what’s there that’s making her go crazy

Could be some sort of smell the cat likes (other animals scent/pee, cleaner, something gross lol ect.) I have a cat who loves the smell of bleach. Whenever I use it I literally have to shoo her away or close her out of the room. She will roll around and act silly like she’s high off the fumes (that’s why I have to keep her away)

Could be previous animals could be catnip that became imbedded on that area bc of previous tenants.

Could be the scent of any animals previously. My boy does this when I take him outside and there’s a spot in the garden where a stray cat lays. I’ve actually got a few funny videos of him doing it lol
