How to get over an ex please comment them

Before you judge, my ex broke up with me in 2015 and I’m just now getting over him. Why? Because I kept rebounding and distracting myself that I never fully healed. Which led to no self love and a long term toxic relationship. It was easy to get over the recent ex, but I need to heal from the 2915 one. He was my first love and my first sexual partner (I was 19). I was insecure and we were young and just not on the same page. I’ve been single since 2018 which has helped my codependency, but tips on how to get over this 2015 boy.
