What the..?

So I think I just figured something out and I just want to tell someone but not anyone who knows the person I am talking about haha. Anyway my mother in law works in a clothing store and she’s always buying my baby girl cute little outfits from it. She’s very thoughtful, provides us with diapers and wipes and formula when we need it and she absolutely adores her grand daughter. Well I’ve been noticing that the clothes she buys my daughter have a totally different tag on them. Like there’ll be a 6-12 month size outfit but the tag with the price on it says 4-5 years, I noticed it on one thing and though ah that must have been a mistake but then I noticed it on almost everything she buys. So I decided to go online and scan the bar codes on these tags to see what comes up and when I scan it comes up as a $5 summer dress. I don’t know if my mother in law is sticking the wrong tags on purposely so she can pay less or if someone has just been making a lot of mistakes but that’s pretty sneaky 🤔🤨.
