Any nurses or doctors want to look at this blood work and tell me what you think ? (I’m waiting for the call back from my doctor)

I have been tired basically for a month straight. I can’t stay awake. I will sleep for like 20 hours of the day.. I’ll force myself to stay awake bc I do not want to over sleep but it’s so so hard.. I wake up so tired every morning it’s been miserable.. by the end of the day I’m so shaky from being exhausted if I force myself awake.. anyways. I have been on zoloft since late August. About a month ago I increased from 75mg to 100mg. I started noticing around the same time I was exhausted constantly. So I called my psychiatrist and she told me to try taking it at night and give it a week. So I did and now for a week I’ve been back down to 50mg.. I’m even more tired now.. it’s been so miserable and I feel like I’m dying. Other than being tired I feel fine but I have a low appetite. So yeah just waiting to get a call back from my doctor but I’m just really concerned. I know these numbers aren’t too out of wack but I’m just nervous bc of how I’m feeling..
