Whining/crying in sleep?

My daughter does this from time to time ever since she was about 3 months old

I didn’t think anything of it because I saw other moms going through it as well during that time

I don’t know if she’s having a bad dream or what?

I just hold her extra close and kiss her that always seems to help.

She doesn’t wake up or anything when I do

I try my best not to I heard it’s also bad to wake up a sleeping baby

Idk any other little ones doing this?

I’m gonna bring it up to her dr on the 20th at her 6 month checkup

but still would like to ease my mind a little idk I hate hearing her cry like that because it really does sound like she’s having a nightmare or something 🥺🥺🥺 FTM aswell so pardon my anxiety in this
