I get UTI symptoms several times a month, but it only lasts ~24hrs or less each time?

Is there something else that would cause the same symptoms? For years I’ve always had this issue at least 2-4 times a month. I will wake up and have a burning urethra like I need to pee really bad..but I never (during the ‘episodes’) feel like I can get it all out, or like I don’t have anymore pee yet I constantly feel like I’m going to pee my pants. It’s very uncomfortable, even when I can’t go I feel like I need to pee so bad that my eyes tear up. Every time this happens it goes away within ~24 hours, sometimes more like 12 hours. When it happens I always drink a bunch of extra water. I’ve only had actual lasting UTI’s (that require antibiotics) like 4 times in the last ~10 years. I’m 25 years old if that’s relevant. Any ideas on what it could be? Also please don’t say it’s an STD. I’ve been tested multiple times while this has been going on, I’m clean.
