Suede(ish) bottomed shoes - will they be ruined if I walk outside??

I’m not a high heeled person. But there’s two events I need to wear them to. Here’s the shoes I got:

I ordered dancing shoes because I figured they’d be most comfortable due to the fact they’re specifically made for dancing in.

But.... here’s the bottom:

They’re like suede!!! In hindsight I understand why (soft soles shoes for dancing), but I need to wear these from the car to the events (indoors) and back for two nights in a row. It’s in Virginia in January so there may be snow or rain on the ground.

My question is: will they be ruined if the bottoms get wet?? Are the soles going to fall apart throughout the night?
