Our brains aren't fully developed until age 26 right? So why do some people still think our minds will completely change from 26 to 30?

26 is well past the age limit for it to be acceptable to marry. I've never once in my life heard of someone judging a 26 year old for getting married. You're fine.

Age doesn’t matter anywhere near as much as quality of the relationship. Is this a person you truly love trust and can’t live without? Is it someone you have seen in bad times, so you know how he will react to things like financial stress, loss of a job, illness, etc.? Is he someone you feel like you can fall apart with and have him help put you back together?
If you honestly answer yes to all of those questions, then go for it.
