Daycare for 1 year old

Hey all!

So im a first time mama and my husband and i both work. Well this past 6 months since I've been back to work our lo has been with family watching her.

Well shes 10 months and constantly on the go now and suddenly no one wants to watch her for the 4 hours that we need it, as my schedule is 830 until 6 and my husband is 130 until 10.

So we've started looking into day care for when she turns 1 and im a nervous wreck. She'll be going to the day care i worked at before my current job, where i know and trust everyone.

But what have you mamas done to prepare your lo for daycare?
