Any ideas? Weird bumps

So, since about age 16 I’ve had these bumps pop up. They are on my hipbone/panty line always, never seen them elsewhere.

They are prurplish in color, and never get a head (tried warm compresses and other stuff to try to bring it to a head, to no avail).

When I was younger, I would cut into them and “pop” them that way. They were filled with blood, but also a white fiber-like substance. Almost like millions of tiny hairs. Very confused. Any ideas?

*I know you’re not doctors, they don’t bother me enough to see a doctor, just curious what your OPINION is. Don’t come at me with “we don’t know, go see a doc,” if you don’t have any opinions/insights then thanks for reading!
