Lochia or nah?

I’m 5 weeks 4 days postpartum, had a c section and I thought the lochia ended about 4-5 days ago. But today out of nowhere I started getting very heavy watery clear discharge. It kind of comes in waves and I’m soaking through panty liners and having to change my underwear. How embarrassing! I am definitely not peeing myself, it’s coming from my vagina and has no smell. I’m also feeling crampy on my right side. Should I call my midwife or is this normal? I hate this postpartum period so so much! 🤬
