Would a Doctor tell me if I had PCOS?

Hello!

Around 6-8 months ago I had pain a bulging on my lower right stomach (I was born with a groin hernia so I thought it was my hernia bursting) I went to the Er n later doctor to follow up I ended up having a small cyst (n my hernia healed yay!) but I’ve been ttc this month is month 4 I have had a positive ovulation tests each month. I continue to have pain n bulging sometimes Do I have PCOS? Would my doctor have told me while I was there? Sorry if this is in the wrong group I thought it was just a general health question! ♥️
