Gush of blood

In the hospital when I would sit I’d get a sensation like I’m peeing my pants. It was always a big fish of blood. This hasn’t happened for a few days now and the bleeding has pretty much slowed. Well I get up to go to the bathroom and everything seems normal, when I get back into bed I get that sensation again and a lot of blood had come out. So I go back to the bathroom to wipe up and change my pad and wonder if that was too much blood and if I should call the hospital. It was a decent amount of blood but when I wiped there wasn’t a whole lot coming out anymore.
