How soon after birth did you get your first period?

I had stopped bleeding and now I am bleeding pretty heavy again. Heavy enough to wear pads again. I’m not sure if it’s my period or not.

I stopped bleeding at exactly 4 weeks and started my period at exactly 5 weeks
