Never had heartburn before

Before this pregnancy and about a week ago I literally never had heartburn before. Never had it with my son 4 yrs ago. And it is killing me!! Now I have it almost every night and it’s literally worse than morning sickness I feel like a cry baby lol. I even asked my SO “why do they call it heartburn if it’s in your throat” 😂😂😂
